You can set up the team share setting.

Project Status

We have default project statuses, however, you can add or remove it if you like.

Project Category

We have defai;t project categories, however, you can also add ore move it.

Product Category

We have wide range of product categories as pre-set. You can also add your own based on your team custom.

If the category is "finish" or "fabric&leather", please select it, so that you can use them when you selecting "finish" or "fabric&letaher" for your spec sheet.

If you check "Hide Area Code?", the spec sheet will not have the area code on the item code (e.g. FB-123 or WD-123). This will be typically used for finish and fabric&leather.

If you do not check it, the item code will have the area code (e.g. BAR-FB-123, RES-FB-123).

Team Manager Area

This part is only editable by the team manager. Team name, Team logo, Team Manager, and Standard Item Coding logic. Team logo is important since it will be displayed on the PDF spec sheet.

Standard Item Code Logic is how you usually code the item. Depending on the team/studio, how to code the item is different. (e.g. FB-123 or 123-FB etc.) If you cannot find the coding logic to suite your team, please contact support team to add it for you.
