Here you input the detail of the spec sheet.

Please remember to fill the Code Number of the spec sheet, otherwise, it will not be saved.

Link to Product

Whe you want to use the product registed in your team or INTEBEE Database, please check the "Link to Product". So that you can select the product you want to use. It's usefelly when your team has the products that often be used for project.

Import from Product

If you want to edit the product for this project, you can "Import from Product", so that the product information will be coped to this spec sheet, and you can edit it.

Download PDF Spec Sheet

You can view how the spec sheet look like from the above button "View Spec Sheet" or "View Spec with Finish".

View Specsheet

This will show the spec sheet of the product only. WIthin it, you can select to download the PDF documents attached to this spec sheet (e.g. drawing) together or not.

View Spec with Finish

This will show the assigned Finish or Fabric&Leather spec sheet together with this spec sheet. It's useful especially when you only export the single spec sheet.

Requirement and Instruction

You can import the requirement writing from your template.

The template is located on Dashboard, so that you do not have to write all the time. Often times, the requirement & instruction writing is common through spec sheets.
